MOBILE NOTARY COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Description:
The successful candidate will be a dynamic self-starter capable of executing legal notarizations in a medical environment. Due to HIPPA regulations, a strict privacy policy must be adhered to. The candidate must posses the following for consideration –
- A current State of Florida Notary Commission
- Current Insurance (policy verification required)
- Current Bond (policy verification required)
- Speak, read and comprehend English (secondary languages are a plus)
- Must have appropriate hardware to complete mobile notary sessions (i.e. cell phone, laptop, tablet, etc.)
- Must have reliable transportation available when needed
- Must have current background check available (or able to secure one in a reasonable time)
- Ability to work on an on-call basis for short notice requests
- Must have reliable access to internet and email (i.e. cell phone, laptop, tablet, etc.)
- Must be technologically competent in basic communication functions and programs
- Willing to complete a strict NDA (Non-disclosure agreement) and limited Non-compete contract
- Able to attend a two (2) hour Notary Fraud Detection class (paid for by HOP2IT, LLC)
- Have a genuine interest in helping people with disabilities and senior citizens
- Able to make decisions with little or no input when the need arises (critical thinking, time and resource management)
